This map is an early survey of Reed's Landing covering the area of Reed Street and lower Mansion Street in the Village of Coxsackie. The lots owned by Thomas Barker, William Judson, Ralph Barker, and others are color coded and numbered. Buildings are not shown on lots.

Biographical / Historical
Reed's Landing was one of several river landings in the Town of Coxsackie which grew and developed following the Revolutionary War. The Landing derived its name from the Reed family, who were local merchants among the postwar arrivals to Coxsackie active in regional trade at the beginning of the 19th century.
