Map is a survey composed by William Tolley on behalf of Peter and Leonard Lampman, sons of the late John Lampman at Coxsackie. Shown is the route of the Albany and Greene Turnpike and the location of the house of John Lampman situated on the west side of the road. The dimensions of the lots owned by the estate are given. No other manmade or geographic features are shown. Land is described as being within the Loonenburg Patent.
