Scope and Contents

This map is a survey completed at the same time as MAP 2020.0005 showing lands held by the estate of the late Henry C. Van Bergen of Coxsackie. This survey shows a 41 acre parcel of land shown adjoining a creek and the "state road" upon which is situated a home marked as belonging to "A.M.V.B." - likely Anthony M. Van Bergen. It is unknown precisely which parcel this map illustrates, though two other features marked are the "Coxsackie Bridge" and a small home close by it at the edge of the parcel labeled as being the dwelling of "A.M.C." The Lands of Peter R. Van Den Bergh are shown as abutting the parcel as well. No Cardinal Points are given.
