Scope and Contents
This file contains nine probate documents: (1) an 1891 affidavit of Saro E. Whittaker, widow of William Whittaker, deceased, requesting that W. Irving Jennings, administrator and guardian for DuBois Whittaker, deduct costs from her share of the estate; (2) an 1894 accounting by W. Irving Jennings, executor, and settlements in the Estate of Silleck D. Smith; (3) three 1895 affidavits concerning property sales signed by W. Irving Jennings, executor of the Last Will and Testament of Lucia H. King; (4) an 1896 settlement statement filed In the Matter of the sale of the real estate of Charles W. Keefer and others, infants; (5) a 1901 affidavit of Mary Hunter et al. authorizing W. Irving Jennings, executor, to distribute funds in estate of Elizabeth King; (6) 1902 agreement of Matthew J. VanLoan to transfer rights bequeathed by the Last Will and Testament of Jane VanLoan to John Lloyd; (7) 1907 agreement between Robert F. Story et al.and Elizabeth I. Myers to sell land by public auction after Francis Story died intestate.
