File contains correspondence between Alsen Cement Co. and the Law Firm of Osborn, Bloodgood, Wilbur, and Fray of Catskill as well as pages from a supreme court case apparently concerning labor strife at one of the Alsen quarries. Names of involved parties include those of James Phelan, Joseph Reilly, Bernard Cummings, Evan Myock and Petor Chotih [Peter Chotich?]. The case centers around a strike at Alsen and two labor organizers present at the quarry.
