Scope and Contents

File contains two documents, the first being a decision in the Court of Common Pleas concerning a dispute between Charles Abeel and Farrel Reilley, an insolvent debtor. The court case also establishes many of the facts of Farrell Reilley's life up to that time. The other document is a note certifying payment of C. A. Philips following the dissolution of a firm formed with Charles Abeel.
