File contains correspondence between Frank Howland and Albert Bloodgood concerning ammendments to Mr. Howland's deed allowing joint ownership by he and his wife. Also within are receipts from Howland and Son which lists payment made by Ella Edwards' estate for the funeral Samuel Seaman to W. C. Brady. The deed within this file was made between Frank S. and Hattie E. Howland of the first part and Alton B. Daley of the Second part for the Glue Factory Parcel on Market Street in Athens.
