File contains documents related to Charles S. Willard (1811-1885), descendent of Simon Willard, clockmaker, of Massachusetts. Charles was a dealer in watches, jewellery, perfmues, musical instruments, cutlery, gold and silver spectacles, etc. in Catskill. File also contains his discharge from the State militia as a captain in 1836 and a record of the inclusion of his tools and othere items in the Bronck house museum.
