File contains various contracts and articles of agreement, listed as follows:
1800: Deed of Isaac Fitchet to John M. Van Klenk for one thousand acres of land on the Mohawk River near Canajoharie.
1805: Article of agreement between John A. Van Loon and Nathaniel Gay for the sale of land to Nathaniel in the town of Tully in the County of Onandaga.
1816: A bond of Indemnity between Pomp Miller, an African American of Coxsackie, and John J. Van Schaack and Jacob Harmen for $300 releasing John and Jacob of any obligation of maintenance of Mary, a Colored woman.
1811: An indenture between Leonard Bronck and Benjamin Gurney, Jacob P. Bogardus, John Lusk, Jason Lusk, John Houghteling, John Gay, and Peter H. Van Bergen concerning the recovery by judgment of the Supreme Court of the State of New York against Samuel Fields. The remaining debt of $158.79 paid by the above to Leonard Bronck.
1812: Agreement between E. Reed, P. C. Adams, and John Lusk for the settlement of debts owed.
1818: Indenture between Peter C. Adams, John Ely, Stoddard Smith, Henry Adams, Samuel Hamilton, William Fraser, and Nicholas Van Loon of Greene County and Casper Claw, Jr. of Coxsackie for the sale of land in the Loonenburgh Patent.
1818: Letter of agreement between John Conine and Aaron Van Schaack for the sale of a farm in Coxsackie by John to Aaron for $1950.00.
1821: Articles of agreement between Francis Hallenbeck of Coxsackie and Nathan Smith of New Baltimore for the sale of horses, a wood lot by Francis to Nathan in consideration of money and in kind labor.
Undated: A deed whereby Walter Butler conveyed to William Rea lot number 41 in the Coxsackie patent. Walter reserving parts of the wood as explained in the agreement.
1824: An indenture made between Abraham Van Dyck and John Bronck with Robert W. VandenBergh conveying to Robert a house and lot.
1834: Articles of agreement between Henry Crandell of New Baltimore and Henry Stebbins of Coxsackie whereby Henry Crandell contracts to build a house for Henry Stebbins to specifications outlined for a total of $912.50.
1838: An agreement between Smith Betty and Jacob E. Bogardus and Peter W. Conine whereby Smith sells a building to Jacob and Peter.
1840: An agreement between Thomas S. Kennedy and Abraham Salisbury, Peter R. Gannett, and Peter Bogardus whereby Thomas sells to Abraham, Peter, and Peter a wood lot in settlement of debt.
1841: Elias Lanfare and Isaac Van Schaack executed deeds to one another for certain tracts of land.
1842: Articles of agreement between Stuart Austin and George Lasee for the sale of a livery establishment at Reeds Landing including a mail contract.
1848: Agreement made between Isaiah W. Briggs and Cummings Carman whereby Isaiah leases beasts, goods, and chattel to Cummings. 1849: Agreement between Andrew Van Slyke and Ambrose Baker for the sale of timber on lot 21 of Coxsackie.
1849: Agreement, second, between Andrew Van Slyke and Ambrose Baker for the sake of timber.
