File contains app[ications for and descriptions of Lands under Water along with an 1822 hand written extract of the 1818 resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Land Office and an 1824 printed sheet of extracts of relevant resolutions governing Lands under Water. Applicationns and descritions concern the following persons: Ambrose and Lewis Baker, Isaac Smith, Oleny Wright, Henry Wells, John Ely, George Reed, Charles Bartlet, Isaac Van Schack, Peter and Leonard Bronk, Israel and Elam Gills, John Jewett, Jacob Stout, George Welfor, Abraham Van Dyck, Lenorard Lampman, and William B. Hermance. File also contains an 1829 judgement of Deputy Secretary A. Campbell that the application of Anthony Van Bergen involves a defective 1804 tile of Roswell Reed.
