File contains a letter to the first gatekeeper on the Coxsackie Turnpike ordering him to keep the gate open. File also contains a letter to Governor DeWitt Clinton protesting the condition of the road charging toll when out of relpair. The letter is signed by local persons living on the road toward Grapeville.
