File contains several letters and notices certifying the insufficient repair of the Coxsackie Turnpike to the first gate with instructions to keep the gate open. File contains one notice to keep the gate open and to collect tolls. A record of tolls is recorded on the back of this notice. File also contains an official letter from Governor DeWitt Clinton dismissing the board.
