File contains a large selection of correspondence concerning the campaign of Mrs. Virginia Beach to see the state construct a lodge at the site of the Catskill Mountain House. Included within are clipped and mailed responses to her solicitation via newspaper of opinions on her notion to have the building reconstructed in some way, with many respondents issuing lengthy letters of assent concerning the proposed project.
