Scope and Contents This small collection of documents are a random sample of items assembled by Peter Luke in the course of his business as a rare book dealer. An inventory of items is included, but notable items include an early indenture from the Embought in Catskill, as well as a small map titled "Ashley's Plan of Catskill" which was likely a draft suggested layout of the proposed Village of Catskill in 1806.
