The Minutes Books and Ordinances of the Village of Athens contain the proceedings of the Village Government dating to its first recorded meeting in 1805. All decisions and relevant disucssions had during proceedings of the Village Government are recorded in these ledgers, as are names of present officers. Interestingly, the locations of meetings are also recorded as are various decisions regarding early licenscing and economic development efforts.

Ledger contains the handwritten minutes of the Schoharie Kill Bridge Company from its incorporation in 1810 to the dissolution of the business in 1903. Each meeting lists the location of the meeting, officers present, and detailed resultions concerning the governance and maintenance of the turnpike road and its toll houses.

This collection comprises a selection of Materials related to the Craw and Deubert families of Coxsackie. Of particular note is a selection of ephemera related to local businesses during the interwar period, some mid-20th century election ephemera, and a fragment of canvas from an aircraft that crashed in Coxsackie in 1936. Also included are materials from the 1937 and 1938 classes of Coxsackie High School.

Item is a bound ledger containing the accounts of various residents of the Village of Catskill with Charles L. Beach and Company for deliveries of Coal. It appears that accounts were both for residential users and businesses. An alphabetical index of all account holders appears at the front of the ledger. On pages 415 to 422 appear what seems to be an account possibly of coal useage or sales from the Steamboat Redfield, and a separate account follows for the "McManus Hay Dock."
