All decisions and relevant disucssions had during proceedings of the Village Government are recorded in these ledgers, as are names of present officers. Interestingly, the locations of meetings are also recorded as are various decisions regarding early licenscing and economic development efforts.

Of particular note is a selection of ephemera related to local businesses during the interwar period, some mid-20th century election ephemera, and a fragment of canvas from an aircraft that crashed in Coxsackie in 1936.
