Scope and Contents File contains a copy of the Last Will and Testament of Isaac W. Van Schaick of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Also within is a tattered fragment of an earlier document concerning the transfer of some frieght to a ship at Albany, New York.

Scope and Contents File contains legal papers from John Van Schaick as administrator of the estate of Myndert Van Schaick. One paper is a bond of Stoddard Smith and William Fraser to John Van Schaick for one thousand dollars against the recovery of certain lands of the estate within the Loonenburg Patent, and the other document within is a note of Philip Conine Jr. authorizing the inclusion of his and others' names on the first document.

Scope and Contents File contains paperwork on Leonard Witbeck of Coxsackie, an insolvent debtor who repeatedly found himself in debt against multiple neighbors in Athens and Coxsackie. Paperwork was created through the law firm of Van Dyck and Bronk of Coxsackie.
