Scope and Contents Map is a blueprint of a survey by Charles H. Van Orden showing measurements and headings for a survey of the first and second divisions of the Lindsey Patent. This map, which is an alternate description of MAP 2020.0016, gives the initials of original owners of the lots in both divisions as well as the lot numbers, but provides no narrative description of the Patent nor a cardinal point to orient it. Scope and Contents Map is a blueprint copy by Charles H. Van Orden of an earlier map once in the possession of Theodore A. Cole. The Lindsey Patent was the original grant covering the east side of the Village of Catskill confirmed in 1738. The First division of 10 lots was made in in 1741, and a second division comprising 20 lots was made the same year. Courtney W. Tolley Collection

Scope and Contents This collection comprises the wartime correspondence of Courtney W. Tolley totalling approximately 40 letters along with a scrapbook which contains several wartime snapshots and news clippings as well as a wide selection of ephemera related to commemoration events for the 77th Division and survivors of the 306th Machine Gun Battalion.
