Scope and Contents Map is a survey composed by William Tolley on behalf of Peter and Leonard Lampman, sons of the late John Lampman at Coxsackie. Shown is the route of the Albany and Greene Turnpike and the location of the house of John Lampman situated on the west side of the road. The dimensions of the lots owned by the estate are given. No other manmade or geographic features are shown. Land is described as being within the Loonenburg Patent.

Scope and Contents This map is an interesting survey of the lower portion of the east side of the Village of Catskill. The map is made from a 1795 survey completed by William Cockburn and shows the section of Catskill creek from the Hop-o-Nose to Femmen hook prior to the contruction of the Long Dock. Scope and Contents This map is a survey probably conducted in the late 1880s or early 1890s showing the lands under water owned by the Knickerbocker Ice Company at Athens. The survey shows the shoreline of the river with names of lot owners given between the corners of modern Market Street and Route 385 northward to Wheat Street and the alley now known as South Street. The location of one ice house is given and drawn to scale.

Scope and Contents Map is a survey of Water Street in Catskill completed by John Van Vechten in 1838. Survey shows the blocks between Water Street and Main Street westward from Bridge Street to where Main and Water converge. The map is not particularly descriptive, but has an interesting rendering of the original bridge that crossed Catskill Creek at the foot of Main Street. Some property owners are named, but no buildings are shown.

Scope and Contents Album contains a selection of portraits of members of the Matthews family, as well as portraits of members of their extended family with the surnames Hemingway, Hunt, Lane, Morehouse, Newcomb, Van Leuvan, Marquot, Parker, Delamater, and Reynolds. Several photos are of men from the Vicinity of Windham who may have died during the American Civil War.

Scope and Contents Ledger contains the handwritten minutes of the Schoharie Kill Bridge Company from its incorporation in 1810 to the dissolution of the business in 1903. Each meeting lists the location of the meeting, officers present, and detailed resultions concerning the governance and maintenance of the turnpike road and its toll houses.
